An Ambassador Pass is a special pass you grant to your most trusted ambassadors. It unlocks exclusive perks they can enjoy and share with their networks on your behalf.

Use it to turn loyal customers into authentic, high-trust recommenders who bring new audiences into your community.
What counts as a Pass Claim?
A Pass Claim is recorded every time a member redeems a pass — whether they book a perk, claim a reward, or unlock an offer you've made available.

Your plan includes a set number of claims per month. You can add more as your community grows.
What is the difference between standard and advanced sharing?
Standard sharing lets you distribute passes directly to your community. Advanced sharing adds analytics, shareable Treets, and fine-grained control over how and where your offers propagate — ideal for campaigns that rely on network effects beyond your first-degree audience.
What are the fees associated with paid Passes?
Basic Passes are free to share and claim. Paid passes on the Basic plan carry a 12% member payment fee, which is reduced on Standard and Pro.
